Welcome to Our school
In partnership with BronxWorks, the Jill Chaifetz Transfer School is a second-chance school for students who are considered over-age and under-credited. Working closely with teachers and advisors, students receive the necessary academic and social support to help them earn sufficient credits to graduate with a traditional high school diploma.
Students may earn up to 18 credits per academic year, and also receive academic credit, or a financial stipend, for internship placements.
